Offsite Closings

Closings can be arranged at alternate locations according to your needs or circumstances.

The regular office hours for our Morrison and Sterling offices is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and for our Sterling office only, Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. However, if you have a specific situation that prohibits you from closing in one of Northwestern Title's convenient offices, when notified in advance, we have a professional and competent closing staff that can handle your closing at an alternate location anywhere in Northwest Illinois.
