Escrow Services

Northwestern Title, Inc. provides a disbursement service where we will act as an escrow agent on behalf of a lender, buyer or seller.

As an additional service, Northwestern Title, Inc. will act as the escrow agent and impartially carry out the instructions of the principals in a real estate transaction.   We will pay all real estates taxes, prior mortgages, review all required documents and handle the delivery of documents to be recorded.  As escrow holder, we will close escrow when all of the instructions have been carried out and disburse funds as authorized by the instructions.
