In order to do this, we will meet with your customer, the lender and you before starting construction to go over the construction and lien waiver process, the necessary documents and answer any questions any party may have. This will help ensure that this part of the construction process will go smoothly.

During construction, we will prepare the necessary lien waivers, furnish contractor sworn statements, directly disburse funds as disclosed on the contractor’s statement to suppliers and be available for any questions your customer or you may have during construction and through to closing.
